Predecessor of load sensing valve Q300
Valve Pv90 is a load sensing, pressure compensated, proportional valve with a wide range of applications. It was introduced to the market in its first version already in the 1980′
The valve has a modular design and consists of an inlet section, valve block and an outlet section. The modules are adapted for different types of hydraulic systems, fixed or variable pump for flexible installation.
Ventil Pv90 is not used in new projects only in existing system.

Valve Pv90 is a load sensing, pressure compensated, proportional valve with a wide range of applications. Ventilhus i monoblock design i kombination med Olsbergs patenterade mekaniska återföring av sliderna gör att ventilfunktionerna kan styras exakt proportionerligt utan påverkan av strömningskrafter.
Modular design
Ventil Pv90 is built in three levels, lower, intermediate and upper.
The lower level houses the pressure compensator and shuttle system. The intermediate level houses the valve spools and the upper level houses shock relief valves and anti cavitation valves. There are a number of specially adapted inlet and outlet sections for connection to different types of hydraulic systems and pumps
Remote control
Positioner P9 is designed for remote control of load sensing valve Pv90. A patented mechanical feed back system in the positioner neutralises pressure and flow forces on the main spool which makes it possible to control the position of the spool exactly and very smoothly.
