The outlet sections are modular and available in three versions, S, RF and P; all fit Q200 and Q300 valves.
Outlet section RF is the most advanced module and has ducts that connect the tank ducts on the valve’s A and B sides. It has pump, tank, signal and servo pressure connection ports and ports that can be used for measuring pump, tank and servo pressure. Like outlet section S, RF also has ducts that connect the tank ducts on the valve’s A and B sides.
Outlet section RF is the most advanced outlet module and has an integrated pressure reducer and filter unit.
RF supplies the valve positioner with filtered servo oil. It has pump, tank, signal and servo pressure connection ports. There are also ports that can be used for measuring reservoir and servo pressure. Like outlet section S, RF also has ducts that connect the tank ducts on the valve’s A and B sides.
The valve does not work if the filter cartridge is removed.
This is a safety function that protects the hydraulic system from dirt.
Note: When the filter is starting to get full the hydraulic functions start to slow down. It is a sign it is time to replace the filter cartridge.
